GA Leadership Website Project

Introduction

The purpose of this project it to build a website for GA Leadership for the following purposes:

1. To sell products online
2. To showcase products to visitors
3. To inform visitors about company

Other things that the website will be able to accomplish

1. Push notifications of new products or updates to subscribers
2. Include app features
3. Include self-post features for owner to be able upload new products

Scope and Summary of Costs

• Cost of this project covers (1) a one-time fee for developing of the website, and (2) an annual maintenance fee which includes hosting, domain and technical support. The maintenance fee is subject to review per year.
• The details are outlined in the invoice at the bottom of this page.
• Maintenance is limited to technical support and ensuring that website is constantly live with no downtimes, and fully optimized with all integrated services functioning properly.
• Other services like content upload, article posting, redesigning interfaces fall under Management service, which is charged separately if required sometime later after the site is up.
• If client exceeds the hosting space allocated due to large amount of products uploaded, there will be extra charges for additional hosting. Hosting details are outlined in the invoice at the bottom of this page.
