These terms apply to the LinkedFix website and the services and software we provide. A signed proposal or order for a specific project or plan takes priority over these general terms.
Quotes and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Projects are usually paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance and are month-to-month unless stated otherwise (the website subscription has a 12-month minimum).
Your content
You are responsible for the content you give us and confirm you have the right to use it. Once a project is paid, the website or app and its content are yours.
LinkedFix Dispatch
The free trial lasts 14 days. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using the software. You keep ownership of your company’s data and can export it. LinkedFix is independent software, not affiliated with MTM or any broker.
Advertising
Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms. We work to improve your results but cannot guarantee specific numbers of leads or sales.
Liability
We provide our services with care and skill. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the previous three months.
